Really n1. You should be able to get a glimpse of what the whole song is gonna sound like from the start like a Pilot and you nailed that. I don't feel there's a real hook in the song but I like it anyway. It sounds a bit cluttered with the synths around the 1 minute mark, maybe you could've dampened the synths or something to make space for the vocals. (゜▼゜＊）

Some thoughts. The cymbal is a tad too loud. If it's a separate sample/loop maybe lower the volume or use a limiter to turn down the sound peaks. I feel like there's a bit too much going on at 01:39. You could try and remove the drums at the end of a pattern there to make the bass louder and so that the drumbeat takes up too much of the song. I don't know much about music so take this with a huge grain of salt. Keep on truckin!

Yeah, the cymbals may be too loud; originally, I thought panning them out in different directions would partially resolve that. I aimed to use cymbals just as a little bit of background noise but it eventually got to be more than that. I think that might be due in part to overzealous EQing and putting a maximizer on the master bus.

I tried to switch it up and/or fake listeners out @ 1:39, but giving it another listen I see it just sounds kind of out-of-place and awkward.

Anyways, thanks for the helpful input.
